ECNAS-Canada (Ethio-Canadian Network for Advocacy and Support) is a non-profit organization established by Ethiopian-Canadians who are committed to strengthening community connections, promoting cultural diversity, advocating for vulnerable populations, and supporting individuals and families facing social, economic, and settlement challenges in Canada and Ethiopia.
Rooted in the values of compassion, unity, advocacy, and community empowerment, ECNAS Canada works to improve the well-being and quality of life of underserved and marginalized communities. We recognize the rich linguistic, cultural, and religious diversity of Ethiopians within Canada’s multicultural society and strive to create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered.
ECNAS-Canada also recognizes the important role Ethiopian Canadians play in strengthening the longstanding relationship and cooperation between Canada and Ethiopia. Through advocacy, education, mentorship, cultural initiatives, humanitarian support, and community partnerships, we aim to build bridges across generations and communities while preserving Ethiopian heritage and identity.
